F.C.S.I field update

It's been a while since the last report but my people are still on the hunt. Actually it's not so much a hunt because it takes no effort to find people dressed poorly. This one is not so much clothing related, just flat out terrible style (if you can use that word). Too many colours in the hair to mention... gross.
