Recession only hurts some people
People here in America are losing their jobs left and right. There is no such thing as job security anymore. There is no question that the economic situations isn't the best but even in these "troubled times" we can still count on this man to make us feel like we need more than we can afford.
"Well you didn't expect denim by the man who makes $9,000 fur boots to cost less, did you? Tom Ford's new jeans, which retail for $990, are hitting stores now. They're made from raw-looking pre-washed Japanese selvage denim and won't shrink or shed indigo on any of your favorite undershirts. It's the least they could do for nearly $1k, after all. Better still, the front button is 18-karat gold plated, and the pockets are lined with fine silk. Of course, they also come with an intrinsic invaluable wealth of pocket/button-related pickup lines."

New Survivor,
Tyson Apostol, 29, is a bike shop manager from Lindon, Utah. The former professional cyclist thinks he'd win Survivor because he'd be good at it. “May as well go and win,” the 31-mph biker said. “And $1 million in two months isn't a bad paycheck.” His strategy: push other people's buttons.

Dylan Rieder
I've been into this kid for a while. He skates super good and creative trick selection, the stuff he does in slip ons is insane. This is his pro model for Gravis, I think it looks like a cross between a cowboy boot and a vans slip on. That is a good thing.

Sherlock Holmes
I may be old on this one but Guy Ritchie is making a Sherlock Holmes flick with Robert Downey Jr. as Holmes himself and Jude Law as Watson. Should, and better, be legit.

everyone has something
I have recently learned, or at least came to the self knowledge of, my life is rather simple. I prefer to travel to school, work, or the store by bike or foot. I like to come home to a clean house. If said house is not clean I enjoy vacuuming more than anything. I go to bed at roughly the same time every night and I wake up early if I need to or not. My life is a simple as connect four but maybe a little more colourful. I guess even thought I am simple or boring I do have a couple vices. I love Tapatio sauce, I tend to put it on nearly everything. For a while in California I carried this wonderful stuff around with me when I would dine out. I'm not sure if those two tidbits make me less boreing or just more like Jack Nicholsons character in As Good as it Gets.

After the last post it made me think about what kind of music has come out in the last year. Besides Mariah Carey wanting us to touch her body, kanye's love being on lockdown and the jonas brothers heating up, there has been some diamonds in the rough.
